Hours and Admission

Hours of Operation
 

Regular hours of operation are 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday.  Staff can be contacted at the Administration Office and the Stable Office/Welcome Center during these hours.

• During events, the Stable Office/Welcome Center is generally open 8:30am – 8pm.  Specific hours, subject to event size and overall activity on-grounds, are posted at the Stable Office/Welcome Center weekly.
   
• Event hours are determined individually and can be viewed on our calendar of events.
   
• Event participants may access the VHCF on a 24-hour basis during their event with Security notification.
   
• Recreational walking hours (a program partnership with Let’s Move Lexington) are 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
   

Admission
 

Admission is generally free and open to the public.  Events like the rodeo, concerts, specialty training clinics, and the Rockbridge Regional Fair & Farm show carry a charge.  Please check the specific event on our main calendar for details.
